Rachel Allen



Rachel Allen was brought up in Dublin and always loved cooking. She trained at the internationally reputed Ballymaloe Cookery School in Cork, where she still teaches. Rachel is now a busy TV chef, author, journalist and mother. Her philosophy on food is that good ingredients simply prepared will give great results. Her food reflects the demands of her own lifestyle - busy working mother entertaining at home producing simple food classics with her own individual spin that comes from many years of working in an internationally rated establishment.


Rachel will be visiting Craft of Christmas on 9th December to conduct a Christmas demonstration from 3pm which is free for everyone to attend and will feature trademark cokking tips for perfect Christmas entertaining. Space is limited, so arrive early to secure your seat and avoid disappointment.


For looking for a Ladies' Night out we have just the ticket. Rachel will be hosting an "Evening with Rachel", an intimate ticket only demonstration at the Lodge House including a canape and drinks reception. This is an unique opportunity to learn all the tips and tricks to perfect Christmas entertaining.
